Freaked out after seeing two rats on the lawn at 19:30 hrs. Phoned after and explained the situation. Reassurance given as to incident that it would be unlikely to affect my toddlers health. Agreed to come out the next morning. Arrived the next day as agreed on time. Full property inspection undertaken , bait laid - advice given regarding pets etc. Will return regularly over the next few days to check traps. Very reassuring that it would be dealt with completely. Very helpful. Excellent service would recommend to all.”

We released we had rats in our loft so called Pest Express and Alex came out the following day, assessed the whole house inside and out. He laid poison in all the places he could see activity, he came three times within a week until he was happy that they had been eradicated, he also advised where he believed the rats were getting into our property, he even checked our neighbors loft and left poison just in case. He charged less than his original quote (which was already very reasonable). Alex is very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend him. Thank you Alex, Damon Howells.”
